Class Descriptions

Flex - The goal is to increase upper and lower body muscle strength and endurance by incorporating dumbbells and body resistance.
Cardio Flex Mix - This is never the same class twice. A variety of sports drills, kickbox, step and hi-lo choreography.
Step Flex Mix – Step choreography mixed in with intermittent weight work.
Yoga - Gentle stretches along with proper breathing techniques will be used in this class to help you achieve mind relaxation and full body stretching. Downward dog, child pose, triangle, etc
Iron Yoga- yoga poses while incorporating 3-5lb dumbbells throughout the class.
Core Max - This class focuses on strengthening and toning the abdominal and back muscles while stretching all the muscles of the body.
