We offer a variety of small group training programs that allows you to get personalized instruction from our trainers. To ensure a focused setting, small group training sessions are limited to 4 people.
Our Experts will customize a program to fit your group’s goals and abilities.
Intro to Group Exercise– not sure what to expect in one of our group exercise classes? Take a sampling of our classes to find out what they are all about, or concentrate on one program. Select from the list of classes below:
- • Zumba • Spinning • Step • Kettlebell • Muscle Work • Strength Conditioning-exercises scientifically designed for your body type to build and define muscles. • Yoga– calm and relaxing small group setting offers private attention for better alignment and adjustments.• Pilates– no need to seek out a pilates studio. 100 breath, roll-ups and v-sits.
Sessions must be purchased up front. No substitutions. Sessions expire 12 weeks after purchase. Each session is one hour.
Rates: 3 sessions $30/member/session 2-3 people - $25/member/session 4 people max
3 sessions $35/nonmembers/session 2-3 people - $30/nonmember/session 4 people max
